Description
Easy Apple Cinnamon Bread filled with cinnamon, brown sugar, and fresh apples. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a fall snack.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter, parchment paper, and nonstick spray.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
- Fold in chopped apples.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Mix topping sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 15 to 20 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Notes
- Use a vegetable peeler to remove apple skins.
- Allow bread to cool before slicing.
- Store at room temperature for 2 to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
