Description
A quick, no-yeast apple cinnamon bread recipe that’s moist, fragrant, and perfect for fall.
Ingredients
2 cups white granulated sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 cups milk
⅔ cup vegetable oil
1 cup diced peeled apples
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Mix In: ⅔ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pans.
2. Whisk sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Beat eggs, milk, and oil until combined.
4. Add dry to wet until moist; fold in apples and cinnamon.
5. Pour into pans, top with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
6. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Fill loaf pans only 2/3 full to allow rising.
Store in airtight wrap or freeze for up to 3 months.
