Description
Apple Nachos Bar is a fun, no-bake fall treat where crisp apple slices are drizzled with caramel and chocolate, then topped with candy, nuts, and whipped cream. Perfect for parties, after-school snacks, or family nights, it’s customizable, hands-on, and doubles as both a snack and a dessert.
Ingredients
-
3–4 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
-
3–4 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
-
Juice from 1 lemon or 1 cup (240 ml) Sprite/lime juice (to prevent browning)

-
¼ cup (45 g) mini chocolate chips
-
½ cup (120 ml) whipped cream
-
¼ cup (20 g) crushed graham crackers

Instructions
-
Thinly slice the apples. Soak in lemon juice, lime juice, or Sprite for 5 minutes to keep them fresh.

-
Prepare toppings: chop nuts, crush candy bars, and place toppings in individual bowls.
-
Drain and pat apple slices dry. Arrange on a large tray or board.
-
Surround apples with bowls of toppings to form a “bar.”
-
Let guests drizzle apples with caramel and chocolate, then add toppings like nuts, candy, whipped cream, or cinnamon.
-
Enjoy immediately.
Notes
Try other apple varieties such as Fuji, Pink Lady, or Gala.
Nut-free alternative toppings include pretzels, sunflower seeds, or crushed cookies.
Warm caramel and chocolate for a fondue-style experience.
Store toppings and apples separately in airtight containers if making ahead.
