Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Combine apricots, lemon zest, cornstarch, ginger, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Stir honey into the apricot mixture and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Work butter into the oat mixture until crumbly.
