These puff pastry bites are buttery, cheesy, tangy, and a total holiday showstopper. With melty brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and optional crunch from candied pecans, they disappear in minutes—so go ahead and double the batch!

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
- Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup. Top with cranberry sauce and pecans.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with rosemary and serve.
