Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and set aside.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Spread half the batter into the baking dish.
- Layer sliced bananas evenly over the batter.
- Add dollops of cream cheese over bananas.
- Spread remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
