Description
BBQ Chicken Sliders made with saucy shredded chicken, melted cheese, and Hawaiian rolls baked until golden.

- 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 8 ounces sliced Gouda or sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 4 tablespoons garlic-herb butter
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
- Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottoms in the pan.
- Mix chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
- Layer half the cheese, chicken mixture, onion, and cilantro over rolls.
- Add remaining cheese and top rolls.
- Brush with melted garlic-herb butter and sprinkle Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 3–6 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Use a BBQ sauce you enjoy since it drives the flavor.
- Bake sliders together as a slab for best texture.
- Serve immediately for best results.
