Description

Easy BBQ meatballs made with just three ingredients in the slow cooker. Tender, juicy meatballs cook in a sweet and sticky barbecue glaze that works perfectly for parties or simple family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 ounces frozen fully cooked mini meatballs (about 30)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup grape jelly or jam

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen meatballs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the barbecue sauce and grape jelly over the meatballs.
  3. Stir well until all meatballs are evenly coated.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Once heated through and the sauce has thickened, switch to warm and serve.

Notes

  1. Stir the meatballs once during cooking if possible to keep the sauce smooth.
  2. Use a smoky or honey-style barbecue sauce for a different flavor profile.
  3. Serve directly from the slow cooker with toothpicks for easy entertaining.
