Description

Berry Croissant Bake filled with berries, sweet cream cheese, and buttery croissants that tastes like a bakery Danish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large baked croissants, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish
  2. Spread croissant pieces evenly in the baking dish
  3. Scatter strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over croissants
  4. Beat cream cheese until fluffy
  5. Mix in sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth
  6. Pour mixture evenly over croissants and berries
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes or up to 14 hours
  8. Uncover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set
