Description

Grilled lobster tails brushed with garlic herb butter and finished with fresh lemon for an elegant seafood dinner at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (68 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut lobster shells lengthwise and lift meat to rest on top.
  3. Melt butter and mix with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush lobster meat with butter mixture.
  5. Grill or broil lobster for 5–7 minutes until opaque and 140°F internally.
  6. Rest briefly and serve with lemon wedges.

  1. Add herbs like thyme or chives to the butter for variation.
  2. Serve with mashed potatoes or salad for a complete meal.
