Description

Big Mac Wrap delivers the classic burger flavor with juicy ground beef, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and creamy signature sauce rolled into a soft tortilla for an easy handheld meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt, pepper, and onion powder until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary and set the beef aside.
  3. In a bowl whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to make the sauce.
  4. Warm tortillas in the microwave or skillet for about 10 to 15 seconds.
  5. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauce onto each tortilla.
  6. Add shredded lettuce, cheese, cooked beef, diced onions, and pickle slices.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito.
  8. Optional: toast the wrap seam side down on a hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden.
  9. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  1. Use lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas for a low carb option.
  2. Store beef, sauce, and toppings separately for meal prep.
  3. Replace beef with plant based crumbles for a vegetarian version.
  4. Add sesame seeds on the outside before toasting for classic burger flavor.
  5. Big Mac sauce can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
