Description

Flavor-packed Blackstone Chicken Stir Fry made on a hot griddle with tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a savory sauce ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (400°F)
  2. Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside
  3. Spread oil and create two cooking zones
  4. Cook broccoli and carrots for 2-3 minutes
  5. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes until golden brown
  6. Add bell peppers and cook for 1-2 minutes
  7. Combine everything and add garlic and ginger
  8. Pour sauce and cook until thickened
  9. Serve hot over rice and garnish with sesame seeds

  1. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 5 days
  2. Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F for safety
