Description

Easy homemade Breakfast Granola Cups made with oats, honey, and applesauce. Perfect for a quick healthy breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup applesauce or mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • Yogurt or fresh fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk applesauce, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Stir in cinnamon, salt, and oats until combined.
  4. Divide mixture into muffin cups and press firmly into shape.
  5. Preheat oven to 330 F.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Press sides again after baking.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing.
  9. Serve with yogurt or fruit.

  2. Allow cooling time to prevent crumbling.
