This Brie Cranberry Christmas Wreath Appetizer is a festive baked brie wrapped in a crusty bread boule, topped with cranberry sauce and thyme—an elegant centerpiece for any holiday table.
Ingredients
1 round loaf bread boule
Cooking spray
1 (8-ounce) wheel brie cheese
½ cup cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Slice off top quarter of bread and trace brie on top; remove center.
3. Place brie inside cavity; spray outside with cooking spray.
4. Cut shallow slices around the bread edges.
5. Add cranberry sauce and sprinkle with thyme.
6. Bake 25 minutes until bread is golden and cheese melted.
7. Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight container 3–4 days. Reheat gently.
Use leftover cranberry sauce for best consistency.
