Description

Nothing says summer like these juicy grilled peaches topped with brown sugar, cinnamon, and optional ice cream for a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice cream for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cut side of peaches with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches and rub gently so it sticks.
  4. Add cinnamon evenly over the peaches.
  5. Place peaches cut-side up on the grill for 3 minutes.
  6. Flip peaches carefully and grill for 3 to 5 more minutes until tender.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

Notes

  1. Use slightly firm ripe peaches for best grilling results.
  2. Freestone peaches work best because the pits remove easily.
  3. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  4. Reheat gently before serving.
