Description
Buffalo Chicken Sliders made with provolone cheese, ranch dressing, and chicken tenders coated in classic buffalo sauce, baked on soft Hawaiian rolls.

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound breaded chicken tenders
- 3/4 cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Toss cooked chicken tenders with buffalo wing sauce until evenly coated.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer buffalo chicken evenly over the rolls.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken.
- Top with provolone cheese slices.
- Place roll tops over the cheese.
- Mix melted butter with sesame seeds and brush over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
- Use mild buffalo sauce for less heat.
- Swap provolone with mozzarella or pepper jack if desired.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
