- 4 celery stalks, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter or peanut butter
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 6 medium strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 crisp apple
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the celery, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, and apple.
- Cut the celery into 3-inch logs, hull and halve the strawberries, and slice the apple into thin wedges.
- Toss the apple slices gently with the lemon juice.
- Spread sunflower seed butter inside each celery piece.
- Create caterpillars by lining grapes along the celery and adding mini chocolate chip eyes.
- Create ladybugs with strawberry halves, apple slices, blueberries, and mini chocolate chip spots.
- Create butterflies with celery bodies and apple or strawberry slices arranged as wings.
- Arrange the finished fruit and vegetable bugs on a platter and serve immediately.
