Description
Healthy Burger Bowls with seasoned beef, crispy potatoes, fresh lettuce, cheese, pickles, and a creamy homemade burger sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 grams ground beef
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cheese
- 1/2 cup pickle slices
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Mix all spice ingredients in a small bowl
- Wash and cut potatoes into chips and pat dry
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and half the spice mix
- Cook potatoes in oven at 390°F for 30–40 minutes or air fryer for 20 minutes until crispy
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef, breaking it apart
- Add remaining spice mix and cook until browned and moisture evaporates
- Mix all burger sauce ingredients in a bowl
- Assemble bowls with potatoes, lettuce, beef, cheese, and pickles
- Drizzle sauce on top and serve immediately
Notes
- Do not overcrowd potatoes to keep them crispy
- Pat potatoes dry before cooking
- Cook beef until slightly crispy for better flavor
- Adjust sauce seasoning to taste
