Description
Healthy Burger Bowls made with seasoned ground beef, crispy potatoes, fresh lettuce, and creamy homemade burger sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 grams lean ground beef
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1/2 cup pickle slices
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Mix all spice mix ingredients in a small bowl.
- Wash and cut potatoes into chips, then pat dry.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and half the spice mix.
- Cook potatoes in oven at 390°F for 30-40 minutes or air fryer for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Heat remaining oil in a pan and cook ground beef, breaking it apart.
- Add remaining spice mix and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
- Mix all burger sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Assemble bowls with lettuce, potatoes, beef, cheese, and pickles.
- Drizzle sauce on top and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd potatoes to keep them crispy.
- Dry potatoes well before cooking.
- Chill sauce briefly for better flavor.
- Swap potatoes for extra lettuce for a low carb version.
