Description

Buttery Blackstone shrimp made with garlic, lemon, and simple ingredients in under 20 minutes for a quick and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • juice from 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium high heat around 350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter on the griddle
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 2 to 3 minutes on one side
  4. Flip shrimp and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until pink
  5. Move shrimp aside and add remaining butter garlic salt and pepper
  6. Mix shrimp into garlic butter and cook for 1 minute
  7. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving

Notes

  1. Do not overcook shrimp as they become rubbery
  2. Pat shrimp dry before cooking for best sear
  3. Add garlic at the end to prevent burning
  4. Serve immediately for best flavor
