Description

Caramel Apple Grapes are a no-bake, bite-sized treat that delivers all the nostalgic flavor of a caramel apple without the sticky mess. Juicy grapes are dipped in creamy caramel and rolled in chopped peanuts, making them the perfect quick snack for parties, after-school treats, or late-night cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45–50 seedless green grapes (450–500 g)

  • 1 cup caramel bits (240 mL or ~200 g)

  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream (30 mL)

  • 1 cup chopped peanuts (140 g)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes.

  • Finely chop the peanuts and place them in a shallow bowl.

  • Insert a toothpick into each grape.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel bits and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  • Dip each grape into the melted caramel, let excess drip off, then roll in chopped peanuts.

  • Place coated grapes on the prepared tray.

  • Refrigerate until the caramel is firm.

Notes

Grapes must be completely dry to prevent caramel from sliding off.

Prepare all ingredients in advance—caramel cools quickly.

Variations: roll grapes in crushed pretzels, mini chocolate chips, graham crackers, coconut, or sprinkles.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
