Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are fluffy biscuit dough balls stuffed with seasoned beef and melted cheese, baked until golden and brushed with garlic Parmesan butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Sesame seeds or extra Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ketchup, and mustard and cook 2–3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  6. Place beef mixture in the center, fold dough over, and pinch to seal.
  7. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
  10. Brush garlic butter over baked bombs and serve warm.

Notes

  1. Biscuit dough can be replaced with pizza dough or homemade dough.
  2. Add pickles or jalapeños inside for extra flavor.
