Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are fluffy biscuit dough balls stuffed with seasoned beef and melted cheese, baked until golden and brushed with garlic Parmesan butter.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Sesame seeds or extra Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ketchup, and mustard and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place beef mixture in the center, fold dough over, and pinch to seal.
- Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Brush garlic butter over baked bombs and serve warm.
Notes
- Biscuit dough can be replaced with pizza dough or homemade dough.
- Add pickles or jalapeños inside for extra flavor.
