Description

A creamy cheesecake-inspired fruit salad loaded with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and bananas. Perfect as a dessert or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries, quartered
  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 ounces strawberry yogurt
  • 8 ounces whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
  2. Quarter strawberries and slice banana.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in strawberry yogurt until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until fully blended.
  6. Add prepared fruit to a large bowl.
  7. Pour cheesecake mixture over fruit.
  8. Gently stir until evenly coated.
  9. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  1. Add blackberries, grapes, or apples for variety.
  2. Add chopped nuts for extra texture.
