Description

Ground Beef Enchiladas are a delicious blend of savory beef, zesty sauce, and gooey cheese wrapped in soft tortillas. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings!


Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

8 flour or corn tortillas

2 cups enchilada sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

Sour cream (for topping)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Brown ground beef and onion until translucent.

3. Add garlic, cumin, and chili powder.

4. Spoon beef into tortillas, roll, and place seam-side down.

5. Pour sauce over and top with cheese.

6. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.

Serve with rice or beans. Great for freezing or meal prep.
