Description
Cheesy Taco Sticks are buttery breadsticks filled with seasoned taco meat and melted cheese, baked until golden brown and perfect for an easy dinner or appetizer.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough
- 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and lightly coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until fully browned and crumbled, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning without water and mix until fully coated. Let cool to room temperature.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 10 equal rectangles.
- Place about one tablespoon of taco meat in the center of each rectangle and top with a halved cheese stick.
- Roll up each rectangle and pinch seams closed tightly.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then brush over the tops.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use leftover taco meat for this recipe.
- If making the full pound of beef, freeze extra taco meat for later use.
