Description
Easy baked chicken parmesan sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, marinara sauce, crispy chicken, and melted mozzarella for a quick family dinner.

- 1 (12 pack) Hawaiian rolls
- 12 frozen chicken nuggets or breaded chicken tenders
- 1 cup marinara or pasta sauce
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook chicken nuggets or tenders according to package directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 9×13 baking dish
- Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating and place bottom halves in dish
- Bake bottoms for about 3 minutes to lightly toast
- Place one cooked chicken piece on each roll
- Top with marinara sauce
- Add mozzarella cheese slices across the sliders
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning
- Brush butter mixture over the tops of the rolls
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes
- Remove foil and bake an additional 3–5 minutes until golden
- Allow sliders to cool for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
- Use quality breaded chicken for the best flavor
- Chicken tenders may need to be cut to size
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping
- Double the recipe for larger families or gatherings
