- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast fillets, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 medium tomato, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or chicken seasoning
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Finely chop the chicken breasts and place in a large bowl.
- Add eggs and sour cream and mix until combined.
- Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in tomato, garlic, and dill evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon mixture into the skillet and shape into patties.
- Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer to paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Use finely chopped chicken, not ground chicken.
- Serve with potatoes, rice, or salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
