Soft and chewy Circus Animal Cookie Bars filled with colorful cookies and sprinkles.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups Circus Animal Cookies
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time and mix well
- Mix in vanilla extract
- Add flour and baking powder and mix into thick batter
- Fold in cookies and sprinkles
- Spread batter into greased baking dish
- Top with extra cookies and sprinkles
- Bake 25-30 minutes until golden
- Cool completely before slicing
