- 1 cup cold unsalted butter
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1½ cups cake flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups circus animal cookies
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Fold in cookies, chips, and sprinkles
- Chill dough 20 minutes
- Form large dough balls
- Bake at 400F for 10-13 minutes
- Cool on baking sheet
