Description

Cold S’mores layer crisp graham crackers with milk chocolate, flaky sea salt, and a creamy whipped marshmallow filling. This easy no-bake frozen dessert makes a refreshing summer treat for parties, family snacks, and kid-friendly cooking activities.

Ingredients

Scale
  • About 20 full sheets graham crackers
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff, 7.5 ounces
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips, 11.5 ounces
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving extra overhang on the short sides.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in an even layer across the bottom of the pan, breaking several along the perforations as needed.
  3. Fold the thawed whipped topping and marshmallow fluff together in a large bowl until smooth and evenly combined.
  4. Place the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50 percent power for 90 seconds.
  5. Stir the chocolate, then continue microwaving at 50 percent power in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Spread half of the melted chocolate evenly over the bottom graham cracker layer.
  7. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt evenly over the chocolate.
  8. Spread all of the whipped marshmallow mixture over the chocolate layer.
  9. Spread the remaining melted chocolate evenly over the marshmallow filling.
  10. Arrange the remaining graham crackers over the chocolate to form the top layer.
  11. Cover the pan tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  12. Lift the frozen slab from the pan using the parchment or foil overhang.
  13. Cut the slab into 12 squares along the graham cracker lines and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Thaw the frozen whipped topping completely before mixing it with the marshmallow fluff.
  2. Melt the chocolate at 50 percent power to reduce the risk of scorching.
  3. For cleaner cuts, let an overnight-frozen slab rest at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
  4. Wrap individual bars in plastic wrap and store them in a sealed freezer bag for up to 1 month.
  5. For younger children, cut each serving into smaller pieces and allow it to soften briefly before serving.
