Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup ketchup or chili sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup (or chili sauce), and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir in the lemon juice or vinegar.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dry mustard, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.

Mix until smooth and evenly combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning or heat level if needed.

Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
For a smoky version, add ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika or a few drops of liquid smoke.
Make it vegan by using plant-based mayo and vegan Worcestershire sauce.
Adjust the spice level to your preference by adding more or less cayenne or hot sauce.
