Description

A creamy, egg-free Cookie Dough Dip made with cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, mini chocolate chips, and crunchy toffee bits. This easy no-bake dessert takes only 10 minutes and makes a sweet party appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, or apple wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Add the softened cream cheese and butter to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat with a handheld electric mixer on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix on low speed at first, then increase to medium and beat until creamy.
  5. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
  6. Add the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  7. Mix on low briefly or fold the mix-ins into the dip by hand.
  8. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish as desired.
  9. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  10. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, or apple wedges.

Notes

  1. Use fully softened cream cheese and butter to prevent lumps.
  2. Do not melt the butter because melted butter can make the dip greasy.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
  4. Let chilled dip sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Store crackers and sliced fruit separately from the dip.
  6. Freezing is not recommended because the texture may become grainy.
