Description

This Cookie Dough Dip is a quick, creamy dessert appetizer made without raw eggs. It mixes classic cookie-dough flavors with chocolate chips and toffee bits for a crowd-pleasing sweet party dip.

Ingredients

Scale

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup toffee bits

Instructions

1. Blend together cream cheese and butter with a handheld electric mixer.

2. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, chocolate chips, and toffee bits; blend again.

3. Serve immediately or chill for 1 hour.

4. Enjoy with graham crackers, pretzels, and apple wedges.

Notes

Soften cream cheese and butter fully for a smoother texture.

Chill longer for a firmer dip.

Stir gently before serving if mix-ins settle.
