Description
Eggless chocolate chip cookie dough shaped into footballs, dipped in rich chocolate, and finished with white chocolate laces for a fun no-bake game day dessert.

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups heat-treated all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 16 ounces chocolate melting wafers
- 3 ounces white melting chocolate
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract until combined.
- Add flour and salt and mix until dough forms, adding water as needed.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough and shape into footballs.
- Chill footballs until firm.
- Melt chocolate wafers according to package directions.
- Dip footballs into melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Set on parchment paper and allow chocolate to set.
- Melt white chocolate and pipe laces on each football.
- Allow chocolate to fully set before serving.

- Heat-treat flour before using.
- Chill dough to keep football shapes firm.
