Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Slice zucchini into 1/8-inch rounds using a mandoline.
- Pat zucchini dry with paper towels.
- Place zucchini in a bowl and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over zucchini and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange slices in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Flip chips that have started browning.
- Bake 10 to 20 minutes more until crisp and dry.
- Cool completely before serving.
