Description

Thin, crispy zucchini slices coated with ranch seasoning and baked until golden and crunchy. A low-carb snack that satisfies chip cravings.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups zucchini, very thinly sliced
  • Olive oil spray as needed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. Slice zucchini into 1/8-inch rounds using a mandoline.
  3. Pat zucchini dry with paper towels.
  4. Place zucchini in a bowl and lightly spray with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over zucchini and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Arrange slices in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Flip chips that have started browning.
  9. Bake 10 to 20 minutes more until crisp and dry.
  10. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

  1. Use a mandoline for uniform slices.
  2. Allow chips to cool completely for maximum crispness.
