- 1 24-ounce package popcorn chicken, cooked
- 1 15-ounce can corn, drained and heated
- 1 packet beef gravy, prepared according to package directions
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Prepare 6 servings of mashed potatoes according to package directions, or make homemade mashed potatoes.
- Cook the popcorn chicken according to package directions until hot and crispy.
- Drain the corn, then heat it in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Prepare the beef gravy according to package directions and keep it warm.
- Divide the mashed potatoes among 6 bowls.
- Top each bowl with warm corn, crispy popcorn chicken, hot gravy, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Serve immediately while the bowls are hot and the cheese starts to melt.
Notes
- Use instant mashed potatoes for the fastest version, or homemade mashed potatoes for a richer bowl.
- Swap beef gravy for chicken gravy, brown gravy, or your favorite homemade gravy.
- Use chicken strips instead of popcorn chicken, then cut them into bite-size pieces.
