Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla sugar, granulated sugar, and flour until smooth
  2. Blend briefly if the mixture looks grainy
  3. Dust hands with flour and roll dough into small balls
  4. Heat oil to 350°F in a deep skillet
  5. Fry dough balls in batches until golden on all sides
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm

Notes
