Description

Sweet and savory cranberry turkey sliders made with leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, and buttery Hawaiian rolls – perfect for holiday parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls (12 count)

  • ¾1 lb turkey slices

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

  • 8 oz brie cheese

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • ¾ tsp poppy seeds

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×11-inch pan.

  2. Slice rolls horizontally and layer bottom halves.

  3. Add turkey slices, spread cranberry sauce, and top with brie.

  4. Cover with roll tops.

  5. Melt butter, mustard, poppy seeds, and salt; brush on rolls.

  6. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.

  7. Uncover and bake another 5–10 minutes until golden.

  8. Slice, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

You can use ham or chicken as substitutes.

Add caramelized onions for extra flavor.

Best served warm right out of the oven.
