Description

Creamsicle Fudge is a creamy orange and vanilla candy with a smooth texture and classic marbled swirl, perfect for holidays and gifting.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup butter, cubed
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 3 teaspoons orange extract
  • 1012 drops orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and line a baking dish with parchment paper
  2. Cook sugar, evaporated milk, and butter over low heat until dissolved
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for four minutes
  4. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme
  5. Reserve one cup of fudge in a bowl
  6. Pour remaining fudge into prepared pan
  7. Mix orange extract and food coloring into reserved fudge
  8. Drizzle most orange mixture over pan and swirl
  9. Add remaining orange fudge and swirl again
  10. Refrigerate at least two hours before cutting
