Scale
  • 11 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in fat until soft
  2. Add chicken and season, cook until liquid evaporates
