Ingredients

Scale
  • 2.2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken with seasoning.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in bell pepper and carrot and cook briefly.
  4. Whisk sour cream, mustard, flour, and water until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce into skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.

Notes
