- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers, drained
- 2 tbsp pepperoncini brine
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then sear in olive oil for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
