Description

Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing with Green Beans is an easy, hearty meal that combines tender chicken, savory stuffing, and crisp green beans—all cooked together in one slow cooker. With minimal effort, this dish delivers big flavor, making it the perfect choice for busy weekdays or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

  • Boxed stuffing mix or homemade stuffing

  • Frozen green beans

  • Cream of chicken soup

  • Sour cream

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme or rosemary

  • Water or broth

Instructions

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Place it at the bottom of the Crock-Pot.

  • Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.

  • Mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and water or broth. Pour this over the stuffing.

  • Add the frozen green beans on top, seasoning them if desired.

  • Set the Crock-Pot to high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–7 hours.

  • Make sure the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally. The stuffing should be tender and the green beans cooked through.

Notes

You can substitute the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom or celery soup for a different flavor.

For a lighter version, use a reduced-fat sour cream and lighter soup options.
