Description

A refreshing cucumber apple salad made with crisp cucumbers, sweet apples, honey, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Perfect as a light meal or summer side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium English cucumber, chopped
  • 2 red apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the cucumber into bite-size pieces.
  2. Core and chop the apples into bite-size pieces.
  3. Place the cucumber and apples in a mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and apples.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Toss gently until coated.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.
