Description

Cucumber Cream Cheese Spread is a refreshing, creamy blend of chopped cucumber, green onions, and soft cream cheese with a hint of Worcestershire sauce. Perfect as a bagel topping, cracker dip, or sandwich spread, it’s a simple yet elegant addition to any brunch or appetizer table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 75 g (½ medium) cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 3 green onions, trimmed and sliced

  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce

  • 0.5 g (⅛ tsp) salt

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the cucumber. Slice the green onions.

  • Add both to a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.

  • Add the softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Blend until just combined.

  • Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

  • Stir gently before serving.

Notes

For a chunkier texture, chop veggies by hand and use a hand mixer.

Pat cucumber dry before processing to avoid excess moisture.

Chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.

Can be made up to 2 days ahead and stored for up to 5 days in the fridge.
