Description

Classic cucumber sandwiches with creamy dill spread, soft bread, and crisp cucumber slices. Perfect for tea, brunch, or a light snack.


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whipped cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream or mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream or mayonnaise, dill, and salt until smooth
  2. Spread mixture on each bread slice
  3. Layer cucumber slices on half of the bread
  4. Top with remaining bread slices and press gently
  5. Trim crusts and cut into small pieces
  6. Arrange and serve
