- 14 oz party-size Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1½–2 pounds ground beef
- 10¾ oz cheddar cheese soup
- 10¾ oz cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 4 oz diced green chilies
- 2–3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning (optional)
- Sour cream
- Green onions
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado or guacamole
- Salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef and drain grease.
- Season with taco seasoning if desired.
- Stir in soups, evaporated milk, and green chilies.
- Cook until bubbly.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half the Doritos.
- Top with half the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not crush the Doritos too finely.
- Freshly shredded cheese melts best.
- Leftovers keep for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
