Description

This Dump-and-Bake Meatball Casserole is a simple and delicious one-dish meal that requires minimal effort. Just combine frozen meatballs, pasta sauce, water, pasta, and cheeses in a casserole dish, then bake until bubbly and golden brown.


Ingredients

1 pound frozen meatballs

1 can (24 ounces) pasta sauce

1 cup water

2 cups uncooked pasta (such as penne or rigatoni)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

fresh basil or parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Combine frozen meatballs, pasta sauce, water, and uncooked pasta in a casserole dish.

3. Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes.

4. Uncover, add mozzarella and Parmesan, then bake 10–15 minutes more.

5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
