Description

Dump and Go Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken is a flavor-packed, slow-cooked dinner made with just three ingredients. Tender chicken simmers in a sweet teriyaki sauce and is finished with broccoli florets for an easy, family-approved meal that’s ready when you are. Perfect for busy weeknights with minimal effort and maximum comfort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts (about 900g)

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce (240 ml)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets (90g)

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the crockpot.

  • Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

  • In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Gently stir to combine.

  • Shred the chicken if desired, then serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Avoid lifting the lid while cooking to maintain heat.

For crispier broccoli, steam separately and add before serving.

Garnish with sesame seeds or scallions for extra flavor.

Great for leftovers—store up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.

Can be served with jasmine rice, egg noodles, or lettuce wraps.
