Description

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip is a creamy, no-bake fall dessert (or appetizer) that comes together in just 10 minutes. With rich cream cheese, sweet caramel, and crisp apples, it’s the perfect party dip for graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit slices. A quick, crowd-pleasing treat that tastes indulgent but takes almost no effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 226 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 60 g (½ cup) powdered sugar

  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

  • 1 cup diced apples

  • 120 ml (½ cup) caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling

  • Graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for dipping

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

  • Fold in diced apples and half of the caramel sauce.

  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top.

  • Serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for dipping.

Notes

Use crisp apples like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith for the best crunch.

For a lighter version, low-fat cream cheese works, but the dip will be less rich.

If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.

Caramel quality matters—choose a thick sauce so it stays luscious, not watery.

Apples may soften slightly over time, but the flavor becomes more caramel-y.
